Lucky B's Hot Chicken in Blackpool started when friends Giancarlo and Toni, inspired by time spent in the USA, spotted an opportunity to bring American-style fried chicken to the UK. Both bring decades of food industry experience, having launched several food brands across fish and chips, pasta, burgers and pizza. Their chicken is marinated in buttermilk and house ingredients for a full day, then coated in a signature blend and fried until crispy before finishing with Nashville-inspired spices. The restaurant welcomes families and offers wheelchair access, with delivery available across the area.
